During the Friday "POKER RUN OPEN HOUSE DAY," I believe it was in October or November. A Realtor, passing through Alpine on the way to he dog groomer, came through to pre-view my listing at 2160 Alpine Glen Pl. She did not know about the Poker Run but was excited to see all the OPEN HOUSE signs. She came through the condo (and also introduced me to her big beautiful dog,who waited in the patio for her). We closed escrow together on that property a month later. This was a huge relief to my seller who had had the condo on the market for 5 mos. with another agent and 4 mos. with me as it sat empty while property values plummeted.
